EXCLUSIVE: Inside $38 Million Mansion Where Kendall Jenner Shot Her ‘Iconic’ Super Bowl Ad

by Charlie Lankston

Kendall Jenner has quickly become the hot topic of conversation ahead of this year's Super Bowl after debuting a sassy ad campaign in which she mercilessly mocks her sports star exes—including Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker and L.A. Clippers alum Blake Griffin.

Shot for Fanatics Sportsbook, the ad features Jenner, 30, making her way through a luxurious Los Angeles mansion which is adorned with portraits of her former partners, whose faces have either been torn out or burned from the picture.

The property—which Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal is located in LA's Brentwood neighborhood and is currently on the market for the sky-high price of $38 million—is the picture of privilege and wealth, one that Jenner jokes in the ad she could never afford through modeling alone.

"While the world has been talking about my dating life, I've been betting on it," she jokes. "How else do you think I could afford all of this? Modeling?"

In reality, though Jenner lives an incredibly lavish lifestyle, the property in question has yet to be afforded by anyone, having only been completed and put on the market for the first time in August 2025.

Ironically, the extraordinary megamansion boasts many of the perks that A-listers like Jenner no doubt look for in a home: jaw-dropping amenities, meticulous craftsmanship, mind-blowing views, and, perhaps most importantly, total and complete privacy.

The ultramodern abode is perched on a hilltop overlooking Brentwood, with its plum position at the end of a cul-de-sac adding an extra layer of security.

Those familiar with Jenner's new ad—which has been hailed "iconic" by many fans online and even received a seal of approval from NFL great Tom Brady—will undoubtedly recognize some of the dwelling's more unique features, including the incredible "edgeless pool" in which the supermodel can be seen floating happily in the tongue-in-cheek clip.

The pool sits at the very edge of the 0.73-acre lot, making it seem as though the water is tumbling over the hillside—and affording staggering views across all of Los Angeles right the way to the ocean.

"Here, you don't just see the city you rise above it," the listing description notes.

Offering nine bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms, the property is ideal for those with a fondness for entertaining, providing ample space for overnight guests, as well as several enormous living spaces.

In keeping with California's love of the indoor-outdoor aesthetic, the main living area features enormous glass walls that open to the beautiful backyard, providing instant access to the pool and patio, while also serving to transform the views into a living work of art.

"Inside, soaring ceilings and sleek pocket doors frame breathtaking vistas and effortless indoor-outdoor living," the listing continues.

Those views also inspired the home's name, "The Outlook," and can be found from multiple rooms in the property, including the primary bedroom, which features its own private terrace, where Jenner also filmed some of the content for the ad.

As she slings mocking barbs at her former partners, the Getty Center can be seen behind Jenner's shoulder—one of the many LA landmarks visible from the property's sky-high perch.

Additionally, the primary suite comes complete with a staggering walk-in closet and dressing room—ideal for any of the supermodel's fellow fashion fans—as well as an enormous en suite bathroom with its own wall of retractable glass that enables residents to soak in the freestanding tub while taking in the breathtaking vistas.

Other interior highlights, per the listing, include "formal living and dining rooms, a private office, and a stylish open kitchen with adjoining family area, butler's kitchen, walk-in pantry, and commercial-grade fridge."

On the lower level, residents will find an array of amusements, including a full wellness center with its own gym, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and massage area, a glass-encased wine cellar, and a "screening lounge."

There are also two additional bedrooms on this level, each with their own en suite bathrooms.

"Additional features include an eight-car gallery garage with guard room, two-bedroom staff suite, and dual laundry rooms," the listing concludes.

While the listing arguably proves that the home could need no further selling points in order to help it find a buyer, its appearance in the star-studded Super Bowl ad—which is due to air in full during the NFL championship game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots on Feb. 8—will no doubt help to provide it with a whole new audience.

Originally listed in August by Santiago Arana of The Agency, the home is currently one of the top 10 most expensive single-family homes on the market in Brentwood, according to Realtor.com data.

The property is also conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Jenner's own Los Angeles base—a stunning Spanish-style Beverly Hills mansion, which she purchased for $8.55 million in 2017.

In the nine years since, the supermodel has carried out extensive renovations on the five-bedroom, six-bathroom property which has featured in numerous Architectural Digests shoots.

However, she has also since spread her wings, snapping up a sprawling parcel of mountain land in a "top secret" location in Wyoming, where she had her dream sanctuary custom built.

The fashion superstar opened up about the process of designing her perfect dwelling during a 2025 shoot with AD, explaining that she couldn't believe it when her vision was actually brought to life.

"One of the most special things about ground-up builds is you’re working on the house for so long and you’re envisioning moments with friends. You’re envisioning what kind of nights and laughs and talks are you going to get into," she said while giving the outlet a tour of her new home.

As for how she came up with the aesthetic vibe for the property, Jenner described it as being somewhat "experimental," noting that she set out to make it as fun-filled as possible, without straying too far from her preferred look.

"This house was really semi-experimental for me—I wanted to kinda send it," she said. "I really wanted to test my limits and see how far we could take it while still feeling like me. It felt really fun, really refreshing, and just a little bit different for me."

According to AD, Jenner purchased the land on which her home now sits "around five years ago," having first fallen in love with the area while spending summers in Wyoming as a child, when she first formed a love of horses and riding.

When she bought the parcel—a purchase she has kept closely guarded—there was a dilapidated home on the property that she'd initially hoped to salvage. However, it was deemed to be in too shoddy a state to rescue, prompting her to pivot to building her own abode.

Jenner previously opened up about the homebuilding experience in an interview with Vogue, when she admitted that she loved the process so much, she had considered quitting her fashion career to pursue it full time.

"I swear to God, I’m going to stop everything and just design homes. I’m not kidding," she said.

The model, who is primarily based in Los Angeles, added that, while she loves her home in California—which she has previously featured in another Architectural Digest feature—there was something about the "simple life" in the countryside that she couldn't resist.

"I love my space in L.A., but I also really love the simple life. I like getting up every morning and throwing on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just being free with my day," she added.

Jenner continued: “I think about the future a lot, but I try not to overplan because you know I’m a planner.”
