Supermodel Christie Brinkley has offered a rare glimpse inside her staggering $30 million Hamptons “castle,” having spent more than two decades turning the property into a picture-perfect paradise.

Brinkley, 71, proudly showed off her nine-bedroom, seven-bathroom Bridgehampton retreat while giving real estate influencer Caleb Simpson a personal tour of the home, which sits on more than 20 acres and has been described as a one-of-a-kind gem in the local area.

Known as the Tower Hill Estate, the extraordinary dwelling was built in 1891 by a wealthy local, Dr. John Gardiner, before being purchased by Brinkley more than 100 years later, in 1998.

The property was one of two Hamptons spreads that the Sports Illustrated swimsuit legend has owned over the years—and it was actually put on the market in 2016, then again in 2018.

Having owned the home for 20 years, Brinkley decided to try her luck in the property market by listing both of her Long Island homes at the same time.

Her Bridgehampton house was listed for $29.5 million, while her second property, a charming Sag Harbor residence, had an asking price of $20 million.

At the time, her listing agent, Enzo Morabito, revealed that the decision to list both homes was something of an experiment for Brinkley, who planned to live in whichever property didn’t sell.

The question of where the supermodel would plant her roots permanently was answered in February 2019, when she finally found a buyer for her Sag Harbor dwelling, which was sold for just under its discounted $17.5 million asking price.

Today, it seems that the mother of three is more than happy with how things panned out, gushing to Simpson about how much the Bridgehampton home means to her.

Set on a verdant 20 acres, the compound includes a four-bedroom, five-bath main house; a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath guesthouse; a barn/art studio with living quarters; a four-car heated garage; and a 50-foot observation deck.

Built at the turn of last century, according to a past listing, the property has since been restored “with meticulous care.”

The enormous 20-acre plot on which the home sits has also been a focus for Brinkley, who raises chickens on the land and is in the process of “re-wilding” the grounds to grow more flowers.

Set on three parcels, the structures are surrounded by “park-like land,” lawns, old specimen trees, a private pond, a hidden tennis court, and pool with spa, according to the original listing.

“On three single and separate lots, totaling 20+/- acres, and views spanning to the Atlantic Ocean and Connecticut Shore, resides ‘Tower Hill,’ a family compound estate like no other in the Hamptons,” the description read.

“Luxury highlights include an oversized country kitchen, a double-height great room, living and family rooms, three fireplaces, gym, office, wisteria-covered pergola, multilevel stone terraces, and gated entry.

“All this is enveloped by park-like land, meandering lawns, beautiful old specimen trees, winding walking paths, hills for winter sledding, a surprising private pond, a hidden tennis court, and of course an oversized heated Gunite pool with spa.”

The listing also noted that the historic home had been “restored with meticulous care by a well-known celebrity and her family,” although it didn’t mention Brinkley by name.

Welcoming Simpson to the home, the fashion star reveals that she has lived in the property for longer than anywhere else in her life.

“I’ve lived here for 24 years,” Brinkley says on the video. “It’s the longest I’ve ever lived any place in my life.”

She then goes on to reveal some of the property’s more unique aspects—beginning with some of her feathered friends.

“I have to introduce you to my chickens,” Brinkley says. Their names: “Scrambled, Sunnyside Up, Benedict.”

The tour also showcases a greenhouse that comes complete with its own fireplace, and a pool surrounded by flower-filled planters.

“Pretty gorgeous, right?” Brinkley says, framed by yellow blooms.

Brinkley notes that they’re “re-wilding the yard” and that in the spring, the grassy lawn is “filled with flowers.”

One of the most eye-catching aspects of the home—and the one from which it draws its name—is a large turret-like tower that sits at the center of the main residence, rising high to offer spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Though Simpson jokes that the tower makes the home look like a “castle,” Brinkley modestly describes the dwelling as “a little storybook house.”

Inside, the entrepreneur shares bottles of her own wine line, known as Bellissima Prosecco wine, and points out where the family eats on Thanksgiving.

The dining room features a large round table and a neon “dining room” sign at the window. It’s a mix of grand chandeliers and fun paper lanterns, a bay window, and built-in storage.

The living area features a soaring, beamed ceiling, large windows, and comfy couches.

Some of the star’s treasures in the house include a Broadway playbill that she confesses is the most “favorite cover I’ve ever done.”

She also shows off her “270-year-old bonsai.” It’s “older than me!” she jokes, and then launches into the jazz standard “You make me feel so young.” Perhaps it’s the prosecco working its magic?

Speaking of magic, the model saves the best for last: The tour ends at the top of the observation tower. Asked if this perch allows her to proclaim herself “queen of the Hamptons,” she laughs.

“Kind of,” she quips.

Brinkley’s house attracted plenty of praise from viewers of Simpson’s video, with many expressing their awe over its unique design and lush green gardens.

“This house is stunning, I’d never leave,” wrote one, while another added: “This is the first celebrity home that I’m actually in love with.”

A third called attention to the home’s most unique design element, writing: “That house is gorgeous and the tower is so damn cool.”
