Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp has sealed a deal on the sale of his home in Wilsonville, OR—just in time for the start of the NFL season.

Located about 17 miles south of Portland, the grand five-bedroom, 6.5-bath residence sits on a lot that’s just over 4 acres.

Kupp, 31, put the place up for sale in September 2023 for $3.5 million; and finally, 11 months later, the football pro has managed to offload it—but only after trimming $500,000 from the asking price.

And because it’s the home of a pro football star, there are special amenities within—namely, a 4,600-square-foot indoor athletic training facility.

Stately design and traditional decor are the main themes in this 7,677 square-foot dwelling located mere minutes from the Willamette River. A generous great room with a cathedral ceiling and a double bank of windows is open to the kitchen, which offers bar seating and a breakfast nook.

Multiple fireplaces throughout the home add a cozy feeling. A recent overhaul saw the application of paint that highlights the hardwood floors, designer wallpaper, and stone finishes.

The kitchen was also updated with new appliances and hardware. A formal dining room is nearby for family gatherings and holiday meals.

In the main bedroom, there’s room for seating and access to the rear property. A spa-inspired bath is adjoining, with a deep soaker and big glass shower. But it’s the outbuildings that likely sealed the deal here.

Not only is there a guest cottage with its own bedroom, laundry room, and covered patio, but seven garages are on-site—some for cars, while others house such amenities as a private gym and sauna. And don’t forget the indoor athletic field for passing, tackling, and other football drills.

Kupp hails from the Pacific Northwest (Yakima, WA) and played college ball for Eastern Washington University. The Rams picked him in the third round of the 2017 draft.

Set to begin his eighth season with the team, Kupp was a key member of the 2021 Super Bowl-winning squad and was named the MVP of Super Bowl 56.
