L.A. Rams QB Matthew Stafford Lists Second Home He Bought From Drake—This One for $6.8 Million

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford just kicked off his NFL season–but he was busy making some serious money moves before even stepping onto the field this year, thanks in part to rapper Drake.
The former Super Bowl champ recently listed the three-bedroom Hidden Hills, CA, home he bought from the “Hotline Bling” performer in 2022 for the dazzling price of $6.8 million.
This is actually the second home the signal caller purchased from the Canadian hip-hop star—and the second to go up for sale.
In July, Stafford put a neighboring four-bedroom property he bought from Drizzy on the market for $5.7 million.
And if it’s a family estate you’re seeking, look no further—if $22 million is in your budget, that is. Per the listing details, “There is also an option to own the 2 neighboring estates, creating the ultimate compound. All three lots are contiguous and are approx. 292,515 sf. at the end of the cul-de-sac.”

Back in January, Stafford made a third purchase in the very same town, dropping $28.2 million for a brand-new mansion on a piece of land that once belonged to Jennifer Lopez.
Stafford and wife Kelly no doubt adore the posh, gated enclave in the Santa Monica Mountains. And the location is ideal as the Rams’ future training facility is slated to be at the nearby Warner Center of Woodland Hills.
And it doesn’t hurt that several current and former teammates, including Jalen Ramsey, Cooper Kupp, Sean McVay, and Aaron Donald, have also put down roots in the area.
Here’s more about his newest listing, which is 2,449 square feet and sits on a lush 2-acre lot.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a private neighborhood behind gates with guards, this pretty property offers lush plantings (citrus, pomegranate, and pepper trees) and an expansive lawn.

Brick accents the home’s facade, which is billed as “ranch-style.” Inside, a lofty beamed ceiling soars overhead, while an antique brick fireplace and built-in, cushioned bench add warmth and charm.
A huge backyard features its own horse trail and spa—and you can continue the water fun with a dip in the nearby community pool. Other amenities include tennis courts, sport courts, and a theater.
Stafford was a longtime member of the Detroit Lions, spending a dozen seasons in the Motor City before his trade to the Rams.
The move move out West proved successful for Stafford as he helped propel the team to a Super Bowl win in 2021.
