Keller Williams lands new affiliate in Illinois

Keller Williams is continuing to expand its network. On Thursday, the firm announced the affiliation of Illinois-based PRG Group with KW Premiere Properties.

PRG Group, which was doing business as Realty Executives Premiere, was a franchisee of Wheaton, Illinois-based Realty Executives International. According to a news release, PRG Group sold 277 units in 2024, generating $130 million in sales volume.

Through this affiliation, KW Premiere Properties gained 20 new agents, as well as PRG Group owner and operator Pat Callan, who will serve as the senior adviser for KW Premiere Properties.

“We are thrilled to welcome Pat and the exceptional agents of PRG Group, LLC to the KW family,” Jeannine Prombo, the team leader of KW Premiere Properties, said in a statement. “We’re poised to reach new heights, and we couldn’t be more excited about the future together.”

Callan has more than five decades of experience in residential and commercial brokerage services, investment, development and financial leadership. He has spent the past 31 years running PRG Group.

Earlier this month, Virginia-based independent brokerage Austin James Realty joined the KW Coastal Virginia Chesapeake market center.
