Former Cop Is Arrested at Travis Kelce’s Mansion While Trying To Serve Taylor Swift With Deposition Papers for Justin Baldoni Lawsuit

A former police officer turned process server was arrested at Travis Kelce's Kansas mansion while trying to serve Taylor Swift deposition documents from Justin Baldoni's legal team amid the director's ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively.
The worker, who has been named as Justin Lee Fisher, was placed in handcuffs after he allegedly tried to "jump the fence" of Kelce's home to serve the singer, who was at the Leawood, KS, abode with her NFL star fiance at the time.
According to legal documents obtained by Star, Fisher, 48, was arrested at about 2 a.m. on Sept. 15 and later "charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood."
Kelce and Swift, both 35, who recently got engaged, were both at the Kansas dwelling when the incident occured, according to TMZ.
Fisher's arrest came just two days after the judge who is presiding over 41-year-old Baldoni's ongoing legal duel with Lively, 37, denied a request from the director's legal team for an extension to depose Swift.

"The only justification they have provided for the extension is their assertion that Swift's preexisting professional obligations now prevent her from appearing for a deposition prior to October 20, 2025," Judge Lewis Liman said of his decision, according to CNN.
Liman noted that Baldoni's legal team seemingly failed to do their due diligence, adding: "Discovery has been ongoing in this case for approximately six months. They have offered no evidence that they have served a renewed subpoena on Swift. … Having failed to demonstrate appropriate diligence, the requested extension is denied."
It is unclear whether Fisher had been sent to serve Swift with papers before this decision was made, or whether Baldoni's legal team sent him to find the singer after the judge ruled on the matter.
The arrest came just a few weeks after Kansas City Chiefs player Kelce got down on one knee on the grounds of the property to ask Swift to marry him—news that they later shared with their fans on social media.
Located inside a gated community, the grand estate sits on nearly 3.5 acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion sits behind a gated entrance that opens to a dramatic circular driveway. The inside is an entertainer's dream and includes a chef's kitchen, formal dining room, media lounge, wine cellar, and full bar.
Outside, the expansive backyard is anchored by a "Beverly Hills-style" pool area with plenty of space for lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys.
There's also an outdoor kitchen, a tennis/pickleball court, waterfall, hot tub, and miniature golf course.
The abode is far more secluded than Kelce's other home in Kansas City, a 4,200-square-foot abode in the city's Briarcliff West neighborhood that he purchased for $995,000 in 2019.

The bitter legal feud between Lively and Baldoni has been raging since December 2024 and has seen multiple other high-profile personalities dragged into the controversy, including the actress' husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her close pal Swift.
Throughout the monthslong saga, the parties have launched shocking allegations against each other—with Lively accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment, while he alleged that he was the victim of a "vicious smear campaign" orchestrated by the "Gossip Girl" star and Reynolds.
All parties have vehemently denied the allegations being made against them.
In the months since the furor began, Lively, who shares four children with Reynolds, has attempted to maintain a relatively low profile, withdrawing from the public eye and focusing on her life at home with her family, although she has made a few public appearances to promote her latest movie, "Another Simple Favor."
Privacy is something that the couple has long since prioritized, including at their home in New York City, where they own a lavish apartment inside a "paparazzi-proof" building in Tribeca.
Interestingly, that home got swept up in the Lively v. Baldoni drama in January, when the latter referred to a meeting that he says he had with the actress at the abode.
His comments were made as part of a lawsuit filed on behalf of Baldoni; his production company, Wayfarer Studios; his producing partner, Jamey Heath; his crisis PR manager, Melissa Nathan; his publicist, Jennifer Abel; and It Ends With Us LLC, according to CNN.
The lawsuit, which sought $400 million in damages from Lively over claims that she used her "immense power as one of the world's best-known celebrities" to try to "destroy [their] livelihoods and businesses," was dismissed by a judge in June.

Baldoni's 179-page complaint—which also named Lively and Reynolds' publicist, Leslie Sloan, as a defendant—laid out a series of shocking allegations against the couple and even appeared to drag Swift into the fray after rumors emerged that she was the "megacelebrity friend" referred to in the paperwork.
The mention of that friend was made while Baldoni was recounting an incident that he says took place at Lively and Reynolds' expansive Tribeca penthouse—where he claims he was "pressured" into accepting changes to the "It Ends With Us" script that had been made by the actress.
According to Baldoni, he was "summoned" to the couple's New York City apartment to discuss changes that Lively had made to a specific scene in the movie, which takes place between the two lead characters on a rooftop. The actor and director says that when he arrived at the home, he was greeted by Reynolds, who immediately began heaping praise on his wife's script updates.
"As the meeting was ending, a famous, and famously close, friend of Reynolds and Lively, walked into the room and similarly began praising Lively's script," the lawsuit states, per CNN. "Baldoni understood the subtext: He needed to comply with Lively's direction for the script."
Baldoni claims that he later sent Lively a text message to reiterate his appreciation for the changes that she had made, adding that he "would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor," and that he was "excited and grateful" to be working on the project with her. His reference to "Taylor" has led many to believe that the person in question is Swift.
The couple's apartment is mentioned again elsewhere in the lawsuit, when Baldoni says that Reynolds "swore at [him] and accused him of fat-shaming his wife" while the director was paying a visit to the abode.
Baldoni's lawsuit was filed after Lively accused him of sexual harassment in her own complaint that was filed at the end of 2024. That case is due to go before a jury in March 2026.
